To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of all event information, including dates, times, locations, descriptions, and any checkout details.
Organizers must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the events they create and host.
HAAAFLA reserves the right to remove any event listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or misleading.
All ticket purchases and event registrations are subject to the specific terms set by the event organizer, including refund and cancellation policies.
HAAAFLA facilitates transactions between organizers and attendees but is not the seller of tickets or host of events.
Refund requests should be directed to the event organizer. HAAAFLA may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion.
HAAAFLA charges service fees for paid events. These fees are clearly displayed during the event creation and ticket purchase process.
Organizer payouts are processed according to our standard payout schedule. Funds are subject to a holding period for fraud prevention.
Payments are processed in the applicable checkout currency unless otherwise specified. Additional banking or conversion terms may apply where relevant.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may not create fake events, misleading listings, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the platform's systems or security measures.
You may not scrape, harvest, or collect information from the platform without prior written consent.
The HAAAFLA platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by HAAAFLA and protected by intellectual property laws.
Event organizers retain ownership of their event content. By posting content, you grant HAAAFLA a license to display and promote it on the platform.
HAAAFLA provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event listings or the quality of events.
HAAAFLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the platform shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
